Are you a family, individual, parent, caregiver, youth or grandparent needing support? We provide a number of services to help with issues such as family harm, trauma, financial stress, homelessness, or relationship break downs.
Using a strengths-based approach and various social work models, we support clients towards positive change and growth. Our registered Social Workers provide safety support and education, support to enhance relationships, advocacy, mentoring, skills development, and education programmes.

Grandparent Services

Our Grandparent Social Service is provided to those who attend our Grandparents with Purpose Programme.
We provide one-on-one support to Grandparents dealing with a range of issues including social isolation, elder abuse and navigating difficult situations. We also play an advocacy role when navigating social systems.
Support When You Need It
Our social services are available from 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Thursday. Because part of the service involves support and intervention and safety situations, our team will be available using the 0800 number, answer phone and mobile phones.
